SConsulting is an international eLearning company specialising in the financial
services industry. Our core focus is simple and compelling: to generate and
manage significantly more sales within financial services organisations. We
already have extensive contracts in Asia working with one of the worlds largest
Insurance companies, Allianz, and in deep discussions with other major financial
services organizations such as HSBC.
Following requests and a scoping document we are looking to develop a new e-Based
Training Management System linked to the business, eTMS4business.
This tool will track the trainers activities, who they have trained, what the
have delivered, results of the training, feedback and even showing ratios and
how the staff are improving, or not. This tool is important, as many large organizations
are unable to provide a clear picture of training activities in a clear and
accurate way that also links to the actual results that the training has achieved.
The student would need to develop a flexible platform, database and report function
that will be easy to navigate and installed in to companies’ intranets
and even learning management systems. The look and feel is a key so anyone with
real interest in developing eye catching but not overwhelming images and complex
databases would love this project.
SCORM compliance required.
Here is a link for further SCORM info: http://www.adlnet.gov/scorm/index.aspx
It would not have to be fully SCORM compliant it would just need to gather data
from our Learning Management System. SCORM is an important element in everything
we do as SCORM delivers a standard and platform that is interchangeable.
Both an IP and Confidentiality agreement are required.
