Wei Yeong Tan (Winson)

I am currently undertaking the Bachelor of Information Systems at the University of Tasmania. I gained a Diploma in IT in Malaysia before I came here. In Semester One, I worked as Manuals Coordinator before taking on the role of Client Liaison. In Semester Two, I became the Reports Coordinator. While undertaking this Project, I experienced a few difficulties, but with the help of other members, we managed to overcome the obstacles we met. Our project group learnt a great deal from each other due to the diversity of knowledge and cultures in our group. I learnt the different types of work done by people in different roles in a team and improved my teamwork skills. Quality teamwork is very important.
