Ding Yu Lin (Mike)

I come from China. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Information System at the University of Tasmania. In semester 1, I worked as Report Coordinator. In semester 2, I changed my role to Manuals Coordinator then to Client Liaison. In the beginning, I was really confused about everything! However, with other team members’ help, I increased my skills and abilities quickly. Now, I am more confident than before and understand that a strong team and effective teamwork are really important.

Through project I gained a strong understanding of the whole process of working on a project, from initial analysis to implementation. This was the most important thing I learnt during project. I learnt how to communicate with people who come from different countries effectively, how to create and edit programs, how to cooperate with team members, organising time efficiently, writing many forms of report and software testing.
