»Voice over IP Project The objective of this project is to provide a platform independent
component that will allow users of an undefined application to be able to
connect to an intelligent 24/7 call-centre based support system, for
access to support services for that application. This will involve setting up a connection to the call centre and establishing a Voice over IP connection so that the support staff can communicate with the user. Along with voice communication, the system on the call-centre will establish a remote control connection enabling them to view and interact with the users computer to provide direct support. |
