Dmitry Kamenetsky - Project Manager, Presentation Manager
Hello, my name is Dmitry. Currently I am doing my
final year of Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science and
Mathematics. In 2003 I received a Summer Research Scholarship to work with Dr Yannick Pencole in Canberra. As part of my research I used C++ to develop a Simulator for a Dynamical Telecommunications System. That was a very rewarding experience as I gained a deep
understanding of C++ and computer science research. You can find further information on . Coming from a very mathematical background I have good problem-solving skills and ability to understand and write efficient algorithms.
I chose Project, because it will teach me how to work well in a team-based environment and prepare me for future studies. Over the years, I've had
experience with the following development tools:
-
Java
-
C/C++
-
Visual Basic
-
MySQL/PostgreSQL
-
QBasic, Dark Basic, Blitz Basic
-
Haskell
-
Prolog, Clips
-
HTML
-
Assembly Languages
I am an organized, reliable and hardworking person. My hobbies include AFL
tipping, badminton, dancing, programming and collecting coins.
