Our client is the North West Rural Clinical School, Burnie, and our contact is Suzette Seaton. Suzette is the Manager of Pharmacy Services, Suzette is also employeed as a lecturer which is more like a role of Clinical Educator. Suzette oversees the safe and optimum use of drugs and medications used throughout the hospital as well as other regional hospitals. |

| Suzette recognises that the current paper-based reporting system is in need of replacement, and that data that is collected can provide meaningful analysis of the reported errors and near misses. Suzette is keen to see a system in place that is used extensively throughout the hospital and beyond. | ||
