The Tasmanian Croquet Society currently uses a unique system of managing and calculating handicaps for its members. In an effort to increase the usability of this software and to promote the game of Croquet more widely, an overhaul is required in order to benefit Croquet clubs, both locally and interstate.

Changes will include a modernised graphical user interface, as opposed to the current text based system, and a system for validating scores and updating handicaps automatically. Finally, with the inclusion of web capabilities, the system may eventually run via the Internet.
